Specific T&Cs for Users

These Specific Terms and Conditions for Users (the “User T&Cs”) apply to in-app purchases and subscriptions made in the mobile games and apps published by Fanawar IT Private Limited  (“Fanawar IT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These User T&Cs supplement our main Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict, the Terms of Use remain the primary document.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By:

  • Downloading and using our Apps, and/or

  • Making any in-app purchase or subscription within our Apps,

you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted:

  • Our Terms of Use,

  • Our Privacy Policy, and

  • These User T&Cs,

and that you have the legal capacity to enter into such agreements, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to do so.

If you do not agree, please do not make any purchases in our Apps.

2. Where and How Purchases Are Processed

All in-app purchases and subscriptions in our Apps are processed by:

  • Google Play Store (for Android), and/or

  • Apple App Store (for iOS),

and not directly by Fanawar IT.

This means:

  • You are actually entering into a purchase transaction with Google or Apple, under their own store terms and conditions.

  • Fanawar IT does not have access to your full payment information (card number, billing profile, etc.).

  • To see what you bought, how you are billed, or what type of subscription you have, you should check your Google Play or Apple ID / App Store account and your receipts.

In-game purchases use the payment method you have set up in your Google Play / Apple App Store account on your device.

3. “No Ads” In-App Purchase

Some of our Apps may offer a “No Ads” (or similar) in-app purchase.

  • This feature is designed to remove or reduce interruptive ads (for example: automatic interstitials, some banners).

  • However, it does not remove rewarded video ads that you choose to watch voluntarily to gain in-game rewards.

Examples of rewarded videos include:

  • Double your coins

  • Get extra lives or gems

  • Unlock a skin, character or avatar

Because watching a rewarded video is your own choice to gain a bonus, the “No Ads” purchase does not disable these optional rewarded ads.

4. Subscriptions & Free Trials

Some Apps may offer weekly, monthly, or other recurring subscriptions (the “Subscription”) to unlock premium content or features (the “Subscribed Services”). In some cases, a free trial period may be offered.

4.1 Free Trial Period (if available)

  • A free trial (e.g., 3 days, 7 days) allows you to use Subscribed Services without being charged during the trial.

  • When the free trial ends, your Subscription may automatically convert to a paid Subscription, and your store account (Google Play / Apple) will be charged the Subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a Subscription.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions are generally auto-renewing.

  • The store (Google / Apple) may charge your account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

  • The Subscription will continue to renew until you cancel it using your store account settings.

The price and billing period are shown in the App and/or by the store at the time of purchase.

5. Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions (User Termination)

Subscriptions are controlled entirely by Google Play and Apple App Store.

In General:

  • Most subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.

  • If you cancel, you usually keep access until the end of the current billing period.

  • If you cancel during a free trial, you may lose immediate access to the Subscribed Services, depending on the store rules.

If you do not want your Subscription to renew:

  • You must cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or free trial.

  • You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your store account settings:

    • On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions

    • On iOS: Apple ID / App Store → Subscriptions

Fanawar IT cannot cancel or modify subscriptions for you; only you can do that through your store account.

6. Termination by  Fanawar IT

Fanawar IT may cancel, suspend, or restrict your access to Subscribed Services (without refund from us) if:

  • You fail to comply with our Terms of Use, these User T&Cs, or other applicable conditions;

  • We suspect any fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity related to your account or use of the Subscribed Services;

  • Subscribed Services are discontinued or changed for technical, legal, or business reasons (where possible, we will try to give reasonable notice).

If the Subscription itself is billed through Google or Apple, your billing relationship with the store remains governed by their terms and policies.

7. Refunds & Unused Virtual Items

Because purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store:

  • Any refund request must be made directly through the relevant store.

  • Fanawar IT cannot guarantee or issue refunds on behalf of Google or Apple.

Regarding virtual items, currency, or remaining balances:

  • Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value.

  • We are not obligated to refund or compensate for:

    • Unused virtual currency or items;

    • Lost progress due to device changes or uninstall, unless required by law.

8. Legal Capacity & Parents / Guardians

By making in-app purchases or subscribing:

  • You represent that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into this contract in your country,
    or

  • You have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to make such purchases.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Managing device and store settings (including password / biometric protection for purchases);

  • Monitoring children’s use of devices and Apps;

  • Controlling whether in-app purchases are allowed on their child’s device.
